Miguela, a self-made Filipina chef, brings to her restaurant a rich, mixed cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of her hometown in Samar Island along with flavours originating from Europe and the Mediterranean. She prepares freshly made food that is unique and memorable. Highly praised in New York, Chef Miguela is said to be a magician in the kitchen with the ability to make anything purely delicious.
